Hello!
I'm just wondering how do you keep doing regular fitness when you have an extremely tight schedule? I work everyday (with the exception of the odd weekend) and I wake up at 6 in the morning. I need to go to sleep pretty late at night so I cannot wake up earlier than 6. Another issue is that I don't have time for gym and I just do running or walking in the odd afternoon. If I manage to walk/run in the morning it is really cold even the wind doesn't play nice 100% of the time.
Can anyone please tell me how to exercise in the morning, brave the cold, and keep my busy life on track (not slacking off in work)?
Your help would be really appreciated!

What type of work do you do? Sometimes work is exercise depending on what you do. If you have a desk job, perhaps on lunch time or whenever you have your breaks go for a walk. Take a light snack for lunch, or take something you can calmly eat while walking.

If you do have time in the morning, but it's cold perhaps invest in a treadmill or some weights. Do push ups and sit ups by using house hold items to hold your feet down. If you do it every day you won't need more than fifteen minutes to half an hour of good exercise

Thank you so much! I prefer not to have treadmills because I have a have a habit of doing running outside (from past experience in high school when I was in the track team and did tennis.) I used to be the jock and now I'm the office girl... Funny, huh?
