Anti-inflammatory diet works wonders for my fibro.... eat foods that don't cause inflammation.
If you are not a believer...begin to keep track of the foods that you eat as well as the pain levels and location.
My pain level was well over 10 and within a very short period of time with a specific anti-inflammatory diet brought my pain to a zero. After 1 month on this diet I began to introduce different foods back into diet and if my body reacted kindly (give it a day or more) then that would be a food that I could eat without harsh results.
I battled pain for 8 long years....
