Lymphoma or another form of cancer?

For two years now my one gland on my neck has been swollen & pretty hard. I have a good amount of tiny squish bumps under the skin omy neck. Also I believe you call it a salivary gland, the gland below my chin is hard and swollen. Two years ago I had a bad case of mono, I'm worried something more serious has developed. I'm constantly tired no matter how much sleep I got, it really ruins my day sometimes. Even of it weren't to be lymphoma of some sort what would cause all this?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Swollen bumps under chin for two years are worth examination, Those could be benign lymph nodes as these can swell even due to cold and flu. Needs examination and complete clinical correlation to find out the possible cause.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
