Q: Lymph nodes swollen with pain

My glands/or lymph nodes r swollen in my neck also in my pubic area and i think groin which seems to be a big one which is painful and is sending pains down the rest of my legs, i also have lost alot of weight recently i am 35 and have 6 kids and only weigh about 45-50kg, i also have irregular periods they are coming every two weeks sometimes start a week go for two weeks stop for a week and come back maybe stay for two weeks and heavy aswell, about two months ago as i lost so much weight i did not like 2 look at myself when i was undress one day i saw like fingerprint marks around my groin and the next day they turned into bruises the size of tennis balls, i then took a look at the back of my thigh and there were massive bruises from my knee up to just under my bum, then there was several tennis ball size ones allover my lower legs, what could this be
