Lymph nodes swollen - no clues why??

My lymphs have been swollen for years, first one i noticed in my late teens early twenties. It was on the back of my neck, right side. They bioped it and no cancer. once that was removed the lymph on my right ear swelled up just as large as the one that was on back of my neck. They have taken blood and even stuck with with a man sized needle, all results negative. However, they only tested me for Cancer and HIV. Now i seem to be having other issues that I fear maybe related to this swelling, it has never gone down,and now, I have other small swollen nodes all around my neck, all on the right side. I dont have med insurance now so I cannot afford to keep going back for the same tests. Can anyone suggest what type of doctor i should visit as I have been to my family practice guy and even an ENT, still no answers. I just want to be certain that these other issues im having are not related and that this is not some type of slow killer that has been overlooked for years. Thanks in advance for your help.
