Q: Lymph Nodes in Groin

3 months ago I noticed an enlarged lymph node in my groin on the left side. I had a blood test done and my routine gynecological exam, and everything was normal. I told my doctor that the lymph node is still there and he told me to go back to my gyno. So I did, and she said that everything seems normal and to see a surgeon for a biopsy. I went to a surgeon and he told me to wait another month or two before doing what could be a complicated procedure. He also told me that there are 3 lymph nodes (all on the left side), not one. Then a few days later I checked the other side and it seems there is another one there too. I don't know what to do. These doctors seems to think I'm fine because I have no other symptoms. But then why are these lymph nodes there for 3 months now??? Or possibly even longer, I just never noticed them before.

Please help!!!

We all have lymph nodes and these doctors say you are fine... Is there another reason that you are worried?
