I am a male 40 yrs old in shape. 4 months ago i noticed a small hard bb size lump under arm pit area, horizontal to nipple. From what i can see it is a node area... This thing is small enough that i kind of have to feel around for it and press into some fatty area and push against my ribbs to flip back and forth over it.. Small enough when i stroke upwards you can't feel it,, but rubbing downward you can feel it.
It's been there for 4 months,, seems slightly smaller latley... It's of no discomfort and just always wondered if it wasjust a chest muscle small fiber knot..

Do i need to be concerend,, or just continue monotering somthing that is that small ?? I been on a health kick latley to loose 10 lbs.. and since then i thought with less fat in that area i'd feel it more,, but it seems to be harder to find latley.

Was talking to my wife, and she reminded me of end of summer before i noticed this bb,, i changed my water pump in my Yukon, i was hung over the front grill for 3 hrs. using my right arm leaning on my right side wrenching and did have some major bruises that showed up all to the right of my nipple/under arm,, right in that area. Forgot all about that,,, could i have crushed those nodes while working ???
