Q: Lygation and pregnancy ?

my last menstruation is on march 3 until 9. then march 20 i have spoting for 2 days. march 31 i tirest to test but its negative then until now i dont have menstruation. ill try to test again but its negative again. but the problem is im lygation for 3 yrs. it is posible that im getting pregnant. pls. reply
