Both Lutera and Orthocyclene contain the same estrogen component - ethinyl estradiol. Lutera contains 0.02 mg and Orthocyclene contains 0.035 mg ethinyl estradiol.
The progesteron component is diferent in both pills. Lutera contains 0.1 mg of levonorgestrel and Orthocyclene contains 0.250 mg of norgestimate.
This means Orthocyclene contains higher doses of hormones. But you should know that efficiency depends more from the proper use than dosage.
