Here are all my past and present health problems and could it be they are all related and could be lupus? I am 26 years old and I seem to young to have these problems.
Symptoms and health problems:

Gall Bladder stopped functioning and had it removed last year.

Pars Planitis (inflammation and anti-bodies in the eyes....this has been connected to auto immune disorders such as lupus)

Sharp shooting nerve-like pains randomly throughout body...mostly limbs. (This went away with pregnancy but came back strong after I stopped nursing)

Advanced osteoarthritis in Jaw Bone

Weird tongue spots, just looks flat and red without any taste buds.

Positive ANA suggesting lupus, but my ANA panel came back fine.

anxiety

unusual amounts of fatigue

bruxism

Can anyone help? The nerve pain and arthritis are horrible to live with but most of the time I just try to ignore the pain until it gets so bad I take medication and lay down.
