lupus symptoms ?

I have been wondering about the possibility of lupus for some time. Should I be further evaluated?

I'm female - 59 years old so I know my age doesn't fit in with the lupus profile. However, I have protein in the urine. Recent lab results for Albumin/Creatinine (mcg/mg) is 888.9.

I have a lot of problems with multiple joint pain. Recent ANA results came back with Antinuclear Abs Titer of 1:160 and a speckled pattern. Is this significant??? I know nothing about the normal range of the ANA test. Is this normal or abnormal?

So two questions: (1) Is lupus a consideration here? And (2) is the ANA test abnormal?
