I just moved to a new state and I am struggling to find a good doctor. OF all times to have a problem! I have had Raynauds since I was 18. My mother has it. My son has it. Every doctor wants to make me have Lupus. I started having a shingles attack that juts won't go away and stay away. It started when my son was diagnosed with WPW which means he needed a heart procedure and I was worried in a huge way. I am 41. 118. Work out daily. Great BP. Great cholesterol. Blood work all normal except a very low positive ANA which I assumed was the Raynauds but my doc says no that wouldn't do it. The only other symptom I have is a rash. It's on my arms and legs and it comes and goes during the day. It's NOT sun induced. It does flare when I work out daily. And when I go outside it seems like the pollen in the air or something like that flares it. Change of environment seems to be the trigger or the heat of working out. It does not itch or hurt. My mother has a bad thyroid but that initial test came back negative when basic blood work was done. I do have to take HRT. About a year ago my estrogen levels were way low but my FSH was fine. All kinds of testing was done. Nothing bad. They thought my body was just confused and needed to be shocked into producing estrogen again. That and the rash I hear can be thyroid symptoms.

Any feedback would be wonderful!

The big thing is-- does this rash seem like Lupus. Oh it is hot raised or bumpy. Just splotchy and redish.

Thanks in advance!
