i have just got a rash on my face that looks like acne. it appeared over night and could be caused by my change of shampoo. it is on my right cheek and the top of the right side of my neck. i have gone back to my normal shampoo but it is still there. is there any way i can get rid of it before the 6th of august 2008. thats 5 days away Sad

please help me.
