Lupus & Pericarditis

Hi, I have been suffering from Pericarditis for 5 years now. It has been getting worse throughout the years. I'm at the point where I cannot sleep laying down anymore, I have to sleep sitting up since the pressure and pain is really bad when I lay down. Currently I am on Prednisone, Plaquenil, Methotrexate and 800mg of Ibuprofen and the Pericarditis is still not under control. In the past I have tried Cellcept and Colchicine, but it didn't seem to work. Any suggestions on other treatment options to get rid of my Pericarditis?
