I'm so confused. Tests negative for Lupus. Dr now saying possible fibromyalgia but that doesn't make sense to me because of my symptoms. Symptoms: migraines, kaleidoscoped vision, sinus/respiratory problems, unexplained rashes on body, joint pain, muscle weakness & pain/numbness/tingling extremities, face, & skull/fatigue, insomnia, swelling of extremities, hand tremors, mod to severe central spinal stenosis, joint tenderness, arms feel heavy, throbbing sensation near base of skull & ear & epidural lipomatosis. My ANA was ok & so was my immunoglobins. I'm going for an MRI of brain & neck to rule out MS but dr is seriously thinking fibromyalgia. I was wondering if this could be Lupus even tho ANA ESR & immunoglobins are ok because this just doesn't sound totally like fibro
