Q: Lungs Infection with Caugh

I am 26 and for last one month I was suffering from cold and caugh - During my caugh when i spit cold is coming with air bubbles.... I went to doctor ... he took a blood test and the test results are

Differential Count
-----------------
Neutrophils - 79 % (Normal : 40 -65%)
Lymphocytes - 18 % (Normal : 20 -40%)

All Other things are normal... and the doctor said some infections at lungs... He gave some tablets... I relieved from severe cold and caugh... But I am not cured fully... still bubbled cold is coming... what is the reason for the bubbles...

I am also having boating problem... Any experts please help....
