I have the same problem and planning to work in Canada. I was also diagnosed last 2005 and treated for about 6months and my physician certified me that im already cured for the rest of my life. Got also scarring on my left upper lobe. Please advise if there is any treatment for the scarring? Any information to share? Thanks in advance.
