my daughter has elevated amylase levels, nodules on her lungs, extreme fatigue,nausea and burning pain on her feet. what are the possible causes. what kind of specialist should we see. She does not have mono, aids or hep c. tests were negative. ana levels were positive. they thought she has lupus. she had vitamin d deficiency. when vitamin d deficiency was treated ana levels went back to normal. she also has bone and joint pain.
