Q: Lung Cancer?

Hey everyone-

I've been smoking for almost 16 months now, including the 4 months I've spent not smoking properly because I couldn't get the smoke into my lungs. Anyways, I've been coughing a lot recently. I have coughed before as well but stopped smoking for a while and the coughing went away. However, could this be a bad sign? I'd appreciate any help I could get.

Lung cancer generally takes many years to develop and the likelihood that you get lung cancer increases with the length of time you have been smoking.

Why are you smoking cigarettes?

Glad to hear it. Good for you for kicking the habit. How long ago did you quit? This might actually be the cause of your bronchial irritation. There's a product from Gaia Herbs created called Respiratory Defense. It can help clear out your lungs and get them back into shape.
