K well, i get a small pain (not really bad pain at all) in the lower left lung, but sometimes lower right. Its inconsistent and seems to depends on how I am and what position i am in when I take a deep breath in (I can only feel any pain when i take a deep breath in, and only sometimes when I don't deep breathe, usually when i think about it). Doesn't really get worse when I do short distance running. I have no cough. I have hay fever at the moment I think, and I'm sneezing a lot. I'5 and in 2 weeks, 16. When I do exercise, i get stitch and like a sharp pain in one of my shoulders (varies which shoulder). I have diarrhea kind of now. I weigh 64.8 Kilograms. Call my a hypochondriac, but I'm scared this could be early lung cancer please help me.

Chest pains that are constant can be experienced by patient with lung cancer.
But, far more often chest pains are due to other respiratory conditions.

Are you an allergic sufferer all year round?
Do you fell nose itchiness along with sneezing?
Do you have watery eyes, too?
Are diarrhea-like stools preceded with cramping abdomen?
Is this chest pain sharp?

Only suffer in the summer (i live in new Zealand) Yes I have like an itchy feelings inside my nose before i sneeze, sometimes even if I don't sneeze, and after sneezing. Yes I get itchy eyes and watery eyes, and it like a dull sharp pain, i have to breath in very deep to feel it, I can't feel it when I don't breathe deep, and I can only feel it when not breathing deep if I think about it. And no I don't get a cramping abdomen. The pain isn't just in my lower left chest (sometimes feel it as a dull ache feeling about 3 cm under my armpit, and my right chest can sometime have an ache or pain when not breathing but never if I breathe. and the chest pain isn't constant as I have said, only when i breathe deep, or THINK about it.

You are indeed suffering from allergy. I was suspecting that sneezing is due to a common cold, cause these both conditions share almost same symptoms.
But, having additional symptoms like nose itchiness, watery eyes characteristic just for allergy, means you have a case of allergy rhinitis.

Many varieties of lung problems can cause chest pain, including disorders of the airways such as asthma or bronchitis, infection of the lungs (pneumonia), and inflammation of the lining of the lungs (pleuritis, or pleurisy).
Chest pain that appears each time a person inhales, and nearly disappears with exhalation, is characteristic for pleurisy (an inflammation of the pleura, the lining of the pleural cavity surrounding the lungs, usually due to viral infection)

Are you experiencing shortness of breath and wheezing, too?

I get tired easy from exercise, but then again I've never really done exercise, so I guess when I do it, it tires me quick as its a shock to my system. I breath normally all other times, no shortness of breathe, no wheezing either. If ti helps, I had asthma as a kid, but around 8 the doctors said I had grown out of it?? So I'm not sure if that has any relevance but anything will help I guess

A close relationship exists between allergic rhinitis and asthma, and, they frequently co-exist in same patient.
Wheezing and shortness of breath are common symptoms of asthma, but, this condition can be present with other uncommon symptoms, like rapid breathing, constant sighing, fatigue and inability to exercise properly, difficulty sleeping, anxiety with difficulty concentrating, or just coughing.
Is good to know that half of the childhood asthma sufferers will experience asthma relapse before or during their 20's.
These relapses are usually mild and treatable, and researchers for this issue have found that certain common allergies, such as dust mite sensitivity, are factors associated with a higher incidence of asthma relapse.

It will be a good idea to visit a doctor specialist for allergy and asthma.

Best wishes,
Marija

The population segment most likely to develop lung cancer is over-fifties who have a history of smoking (almost 70% of people diagnosed with the condition are over 65 years of age, while less than 3% of cases occur in people under age 45).
The most customary early symptoms of lung cancer are constant coughing and coughing up blood with difficult breathing.
Personally, I think there is no need to worry for having a lung cancer.

You are welcome!
Visit a doctor to get some tests and examinations for your allergy issue and possible relapse of asthma.

Best wishes!

this sounds EXACTLY like what i feel.
i only feel pains when i think about it, or take deep breaths. im glad i came across this.

but my problem is, im almost positive i dont have any allergies. Although i just got over bronchitis.

But other than not having allergies, this seems to be EXACTLY what i have. It's almost a stinging sensation in my nose before i sneeze though. itchy eyes.. pain in lungs..
