Hi, I'm 19, and I've had this fleshy-feeling lumpy area under my left testicle. To me it feels like a bunch of veins or something, and when I felt it first about 2 years ago I thought it was just veins or part of the system, but I've been worried about it lately because I've felt slight pains in that area for about a week now. Sometimes the pain is constant, but only minor for maybe 10 minutes or so, and at times it comes and goes for a few seconds but slightly more painful. My left testicle is also lower than my right, and is a little smaller. I can move the soft lumpy part around, but it does seem to be attached to the testicle, it feels kind of spread out too. Any clue to what this is would be appreciated.
