Q: Lumps under skin and changing discharge

1. I have two lumps, one under the skin on the clitoral hood, the other in the underarm. I also have a lump of mastitis that is slowly going down.
2. When I stand up I lose my vision and my hearing, and occasionally fall over. This happened in a science lesson using Bunsen Burners so I would really appreciate help as it is getting dangerous for me.
3. I have constantly changing discharge from my vagina. Sometimes thick, sometimes like water, sometimes almost syrupy. The smell is changing from day to day as well.
4. Abdominal cramps at random times during the month, no pattern to link it to periods

Can anyone help me with any of these?

You really need to make an appt with your doctor as losing your vision and hearing when standing up is of great concern...it may be your blood pressure is too low.

Need to have your lumps evaluated as well as your discharge and cramps...

They all may be related in some way or independent of each other.
