when i pull back my forskin i have small wart like lumps,it hurts when i pull foreskin back. can you advise me what this may be thanks

It will be a good idea to get tested for genital warts since they can appear on the shaft of the penis, penile head and below the foreskin.
Under the foreskin, they are usually a shiny pinkish-white growths.
