i am 17 years old and i have a problem with my underarm.
for the past few months i have had lumps under my arms, i dont use under arm spray and i dont shave under them since i have had this problem.
i have had this about last year, but recently this year it has been more frequently and i have them under both my arm pits, and are very painfully.

sometimes i have them in one arm pit or both the same time, they stay for a few days but go but then about 3 days later they come back bigger and painful and spread more.

i duno what to do, my mum has told me is due to shaving but i havent shaved under my arms since i have had this issue which is nearlyy a year and i dont use underarm sprays because of exsama< i cant spell it.

any ideas? or advice as im seeing manything on the interent and i duno what is what? some has side signs of cancer or something to do with lympth something any help would be grateful

Sensitive red lumps could be from sweating. Deodorant would usually prevent this, but try putting lotion on it before going to bed. It might help. being that exima (i cant spell it either) is a result of dry skin, i dont think it would hurt to try to moisturize this area. Do so at night though, so you dont irritate it worse.

Hi hon..Even though you haven't shaved you could have infected hair expecially since you have excema as well..Have you seen the doctor for this? Do you have any issues with your breasts? Do you have any turning of the breast nipples or crusting at nipples? DO you have sores, discoloration, brusing or anything out of the ordinary with the breasts..Do you have any other node swelling?

If this is like infected hairs or cysts do you see a head on them like pimples? If you can get a mirror angle right you should be able to see? IF there is a head then you know they are more likely boils,cysts..I would go to the doctor to be absolutely sure..

These lumps are I believe called Maliculitis, something to do with your hormones try to pay attention when they appear to be the most bothersome usually around a week or 2 before your period, then I really think it's this it can be treated with very strong antibiotics because it is Viral"
Good Luck let me know how it goes!
