Q: lumps on vagina, whilst pregnant

i am 34 weeks pregnant, and have discovered a lump, which i first thought to be a pimple, on my pubic area. it has slightly receded,but not disappeared totally. i'm thinking if it's not a pimple it's a cyst ????
any ideas???? Confused
