Q: Lumps on tongue

About 2 months ago my husband went to the Dr. for ulcers in his mouth (couple on his cheeks inside and large one on his UVULA-the hangy thing in the back, and also way back on his Tongue), the Dr. gave him mouth wash and in about 10 days they cleared up except the back of the tongue. Now he has lumps back there that NO-longer hurt just hard irritating lumps, that make it slightly harder to swallow food. WHAT could this be?? He does Not have upset stomach or reflux, he is as healthy as a bear... he never gets sick or even feels bad. He has always taken vitamins for years and is Not eating any differently. Just all of a sudden the ulcers, now left with the lumps that don't hurt. He has had the remaining lumps for about one month now and they are staying the same size.

thank you for your help... I am very worried Rolling Eyes

He went to the ENT Monday, the Dr. put a scope down in his throat and luckily my husband only has a bad infection on his "Lingual tonsils". Not sure what caused it though, a couple months ago he started taking major vitamin packs and also the medication "mobic" (for elbow pain) about the same time so it could be either he was allergic or something. THANK you for replying, hopefully it clears up quickly.
