Q: 2 Lumps on scrotum

I have just noticed in the past 2 weeks that i have 2 pea sized lumps on my scrotum but they are in no way connected to the testicle. If it makes a difference the lumps are on the left side of my scrotum. They seem to be connected by some type of vein that connects only the lumps and the vein goes no further than the 2 lumps. I feel very little pain and it is only when i stand up. Being that i am only 16 this worries me so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
