Q: lumps on penis head

Hi,

I've had these small fleshy coloured spots on my penis head for a month now and they have slowly been spreading.I am a virgin so I didn't see it to be urgent and was fairly busy. They are painless and do not cause any irritation.

They aren't around the edge like pearly penile papules just spread around the surface head, mainly being directly in front on the groove/curve. I have dermatitis so could it possibly be linked to that or?

Any help would be much appreciated, and I would post a pic if needed, if I knew how to.
