I have a hard lump (that doesnt hurt) on the base of my neck, and another one (doesnt hurt either) in my right earlobe?

The one on my neck is about a ring finger wide, and the one on my right ear is about one centimetre across.

Also, I have noticed a sharp, throbbing pain immediately next to my left nipple.

also, I have over 100 miniscule lumps on my scrotum.

I am a 13 year old boy.

What's the size of these lumps and for how long you have them?
Does the overlying skin look typically normal and move freely?
Does it have rubbery consistency?
Do the minuscule lumps on the scrotum look like yellowish pimples or tiny, bright-red blood-blisters that are itchy?
