Q: Lumps on neck and ear

I have a hard lump (that doesnt hurt) on the base of my neck, and another one in my earlobe?

The one on my neck is about a ring finger wide, and the one on my right ear is about one centimetre across.

Also, I have noticed a sharp, throbbing pain immediately next to my left nipple.

I am a 13 year old boy.
