Two lumps have appeared this week on my right labia which is swollen. It feels sore with clothes touching. There is no head or ingrown hair. They feel quite bruised to the touch. What could they be and should I see a doctor?

they are probably just spots, whih have become infected. This would also explain the swelling. Try a anti bacterial cream. your doctor could probably recomend which one is best.
