Unless you describe in more detail, with full coherent sentences, I doubt you will get responses.

So, you have lumps on and around the head of your penis. This is apparently before you lost your virginity? Why is that a problem then, and I realize that this obviously isn't the case, I'm just giving an example of how easily misunderstood your abstract comment can be.

Is it on the outer skin of your penis head, or on the meatus, or in between? What does it look like? What does it have to do in relation with your virginity?

my take
I assume he brought up the virginity thing thinking that it isn't an STD as he hasn't been with anyone.

to bad they don't let you post pictures here, it would help a lot, rather then try to describe it you could just show it.

well hundred of so little bumps on helmet and a line of them around the rim. all of them are pencil dot sized. they don't hurt or itch

Pearly penile papules. (I'm guessing) They are just fine. Don't try to remove them. Millions of men have them. They go away with age I belive. They are almost like those white marks you can get at the side of your mouth.
