Hey guys, im 16 and currently have a few issues i have no idea what to do about.

For over a year now, i had been feeling lumps along the lower left abdoman of my stomech, there sort of moveable cant really tell, and are painful when i move / touch them.

Now, i also experience constipation, i usually dont go at all for days and even weeks, and need laxatives to go.

I went to the doctors about a year ago, had 2 ultrasounds and was told nothing is wrong, to the doctors they told me that the lumps are actually my waste, as i am unable to have many BM's, it all builds up in my intenstine. I aim person who does very very little exercise, i eat baddly, and have no fibre, so i expect the contopation is due to diet.

But its been a long time, and i havent fixed my die, so im scared it could have progressed into something, but i still am pretty sure its just my waste.

There is NO lumps on the lwoer right, but i still get pain on both sides, sort of a sore type of pain. The lumps are more easily felt while laying down, but you can feel the lumps go up my left side, then across towards my stomech. Often my stomech bubbles aroudn that area, churning, but that gives no pain.

When i take my laxatives, the lumps arent really felt, only one lump is then felt, up the top of the intestine on the left side, that one is always ttheres, that is the hardest lump of them all.

So i have no idea if i should revisit my doctor about it or not, he will probably tell me exactly what he did last time.

Oh and i also have a little white bump at the lwoer side of my anus, its weird, its sort of hard, not to hard and very painful, but i expect its just part of the diet thing.

Last thing is (this is disqusting) that when i am able to make a natural bowel movement i need to help it out, otherwise nothig will happen. the waste is always hard, never soft, and it also sometimes comes with yellowish, tar liquid.

It feels like i have heaps of hemoriods blocking the exit for my bowel movements as well >.>
Feel like im braking down here Sad.

any suggestions?

Constipation can be the cause of severe acute or intermittent abdominal pain.

Do you find pain going away soon after defecation?
For how long you are experiencing constipation?
Do you sometimes get episodes of diarrhea, followed by constipation?
Is the anal bump white or skin-like color?

the bump is sort of a whitish colour more then skin colour.

I experience constipation like for many days up to a week, during the week only 11-2 times may i go to the toilet, a small amount though and its very hard to go, seems to not come out easily.
Never have diarea, never experience blood or any liquids from the anas at any time, only a very small amount of blood on the toilet paper after wards, (this is when the 1-2 times a week comes, stool is hard)

I only have pain in my actual abdoman, where the lumps are

No , pain does not go away from my abdoman after going to the toilet, most likely cuse the amount i actually go is minimum. But when i take my laxatives and i am more empty of lumps in my abdoman, yes the pain does subsadize heaps, but there is sometimes still some, and there is always one lump that stil remains (the top of the colon on my left side)

Im awake now at 5am, and i feel sick around that area, but only around such times as very early morning.

I am a person who isnt over weirgt, im 5ft 9 and weigh 62, and i dont do anything elkse more then sit on a chair all day at my computer >.>

I have no idea what your actual medical problem may be, but it sure couldn't hurt to make sure you get at least 64 oz of water a day and take a daily walk around the block. Nobody can help you as well as you can help yourself...please think about it! I am on this website because my dad is dying of colon cancer, eat right and take care of yourself!
Good luck!

Get a colonic! Your getting hemorrhoids because your straining yourself to make a movement, and it can lead to more problems in your anus such as "Fishers cut". Its a cut along the lining of your rectum and you'll have to get an invasive surgery to repair the tear. The lumps youre feeling are indeed your waste backing up! Try getting a colonic, it will help you release all the backed up waste and (this is something SO many people don't know) rid you of parasites and worms! Everyone has these pesky things festering inside their large intestines.
Look up your options, I know it sounds scary to have the procedure done, but its not. I assure you when you walk out of the office you'll feel healthier and have more energy then you'll realize!

Hopefully you'll do this and you will have a fresh start on taking care of yourself more. You only live once, and if you don't take care of yourself you will get sick and things will only get worst.
