You would like to know whether the lumps may be cancer or not.

Lumps in breasts can appear due to infections or tumors. In infections of the breasts the skin is usually red, swollen, painful and hard. In tumors the lumps may be presented as painless and solid. Tumors in the breast can be benign or malignant. In malignant tumors additional symptoms like an appearance of orange peel may appear.

You may consider seeing your doctor to rule out whether the lumps are caused by infection or they are tumors. You may have a biopsy from the breast tissue to diagnose whether the tumor is benign or malignant. You may consider having a surgery especially if you are diagnosed with a malignant tumor.
