iam 24 iv found 3 lumps in my neck in the past 2 day's i keep been sick all time but iam not feeling sick its my throt i keep giping all day and nite iv try'd changeing thigs i eat and drink but it's getting worse please could u help

There are multiple potential causes of enlarged lymph nodes in the neck area. Most of the time, this occurs due to infection or inflammation (such as from a sore throat or other types of infections). Much less commonly, enlarged lymph nodes can be a sign of cancer.

You would do much to improve your health by giving up smoking.
