I have had a lump on the side of my neck since April/May. I thought it was a swollen Lymph Node so I did not take any action. It was in-fact allergy season so I dismissed it after speaking to a doctor at our family reunion. A few weeks ago I went to the dr because it was still there he dismissed me before opening my file to see other symptoms (listed below). I then went to an ENT and they want to remove the lump. The ENT suggested I see another family practice dr to check the rest of the lymph hotspots. My new family dr. found numerous lumps in the groin and one in my armpit. Since there are swollen lymph nodes or lumps in all problem areas I am concerned.
other symptoms include: Excessive tired or fatigue (which is not all that uncommon for me always dismissed it as being lazy) dizzy spells upon standing to the point where I pass out as soon as I hit the floor I am fine and fully alert. I have recently lost 80 pounds but have made started eating better and cutting out sugars and sweets. I haven't started an exercise program yet as it is hard for me to find the energy. I have night sweats but not every night and I have PCOS hormonal problems which can cause these although it has not in the past years.
My question is what is the likeliness of this being lymphoma or something minor? I have not looked on the internet until today as I didn't want to scare myself but the symptom checkers on many sites rule out a lot of causes based on the numerous places I have lumps. Surgery is this week and I am trying to prepare. Is there a % good/bad that is in my favor?
