lumps in breast and neck The report read probably malignet

I am 38 years old this November I found a lump in my left breast. My PCP sent me for my first mammogram. They sent me for an ultrasound as well. They found 2 lumps in my left and one in my right breast. The report read probably malignet come back in 4 months for a recheck mammogram. Now a month later I have found a lump in my neck on the right side and between my breast plate. Im very worried not sure if I should wait until April and get the other mammogram or get a second opinion. No history of breast cancer. I also have polycystic ovarian syndrome.
