I noticed yesterday that I had a lump in my right armpit. It is about an inch in diameter and painful to the touch. It is red at the top almost like a pimple only much larger. Today I have noticed a smaller lump in the other armpit. It wasn't there yesterday. I am generally in shape, 200lbs, 6ft, and exercise an hour a day 5 to 6 days per week.

Honey it sounds like it could be cysts or clogged pores..Possible from shaving or sweat..But, because of the dangers of having lumps in the lymph area have a doctor look..I hope all turns out well for you..
