I recently discovered a sore spot in my left armpit that feels like a bruise when i push on it. I've had that for roughly 3 days. I woke up this morning and found a lump the size of a pea in my right armpit. there is always a slight sensation at the location but it only hurts if i touch it or stretch my arm over my heads. I am 20 years old and male. Can anyone tell me if this is serious or not?

Painful lumps in the armpit include skin cysts, enlarged lymph nodes (from either benign or malignant causes), and, less commonly fatty growths known as lipomas.

Of course, it is not possible to make a diagnosis over the internet, so you will have to see your physician for a physical examination.
