Im 20 years old and for awhile i have had these lupms inside my anus..you can't see them inless im trying to poo. But they are bleeding and kinda hurt. I have abdominal pain and always have stomach aches. I have a hard time going sometimes because of them. I just wanna know what they could be? Is it colon cancer?

Do you get a lump that is protruding through out the anal opening?
Do you find this lump painful and irritated?
Are you experiencing bright red blood covering the stool, on toilet paper, or in the toilet bowl?
Are you often constipated?
