Does anyone know what these lumps/growths in my sinus may be ( see mri scan)?

I recently had a MRI done but have to wait 3 more months to see a neurologist and the MRI report just says sinusitis?
Thanks

Swollen Sinus Passages
i have lumps or growths in my nasal passage ways.....after visiting with an ENT Specialist, he suggested they were merely polyps OR muscle overgrowth from years of infection and allergies...which I have had been since a child......Needless to say, there is not much you can do about them anymore; unless there is close to 100% blockage of the nasal passages......I know in the past, or my fathers generation doctors would physically remove the overgrowth...Or trim it back...Now doctors have deemed this an unnecessary procedure unless it is rather extreme

I will suggest this just applies to me, so you will wish to continue to follow up with your physician OR an ENT for sound advice.

Best of luck

Looks like my own MRI. I have nasal polyps. Doctors still do surgery to remove them. Sometimes when they get to large they can block your sinuses and then you can get infections. They are not fun and can come back after surgery. Definetly go to the ENT and see what they say. But surgery for these are still being done. od Luck!

Just got back from an ENT appointment and the Doctor has put me on Prednisone for 2 weeks and scheduled a CT in three weeks. He is planning on forwarding the results to a Neurologist for further assessments?
