Lumps, cancer, breast?

I have a large lump under my left armpit. It's hard and not irritated or anything, but it is annoying since I can feel a quarter sized lump under my armpit. I do have 2 malignant tumors in my left breast. Well the doctor said he was 98% sure they're malignant and I didn't get one of those strand removal test things. My Grandma died of cancer and my dad had lymphoma cancer soo.. I'm a little worried. But yeah I'm just wondering, is this lump cancer and is it possible he misdiagnosed my breast tumors? & I do have a doctors appointment coming up but I can't stand waiting, just interested in some opinions.

Until you have a biopsy performed on your breast lumps and your left armpit lump, it is premature to give you a diagnosis of cancer. However, if the lumps in your left breast are due to breast cancer, then the lump in your left armpit may be caused by spread of breast cancer cells to one or more lymph nodes in your armpit.

You should obtain a biopsy of all of these lumps without delay!
