i have the exact same thing! they are in the exact same spot. not painful, but they have broken open before. adn sometimes it is painful when i wear clothes, because it is squeezing it. they come and go. adn i thought they were STD of some sort. but i've never been to the gyno, however have been tested for HIV. but i dont think that would cause anything because ym results were negative. so that wouldn't have anything to do with it. but it scares me to death!

Sounds like boils or ingrown hairs, especially if you shave. See your doc for a definitive diagnosis.
