For a few weeks now, I have noticed these two lumps. They're hard, unmovable, about a few inches long. I can feel them more when my neck is bent over to that side, but when it's bent to the other side they feel like part of the muscle that runs down each side of my neck. I can feel my skull above them so I know it's not that. One is a little bigger than the other.

To give you an idea of the place where they are, on that diagram, they are at the top of my Sternocleidomastoids.

They seem to be egg shaped, but lumps, like they stick out of the muscle a little. I run my finger down where they are and I feel a groove where they are near my skull then they go in, then it's muscle.

Any ideas what this could be please?
