Q: lumps around penis

i have these little lumps around my penis, well some on the shaft but none on the balls and they look like pimples. hey dont hurt or anything but when i mess with them it will bleed. i pulled one off and it seems alot like the stuff that comes out of a pimple but is alot more firmer and had more or a round definition to it.
