i had anal sex for the first time today and i noticed that i was blooding after so i had a look and saw that i had these purplish lumps protruding from my anus and that one of them was actually bleeding my partner was quite big and i think he might have done some damage as i didn't have these lumps before i had anal sex.
are they something to be worried about? can i get rid of them i can push them back into my anus but they come out when i go to the toilet and hurt a bit when i wipe my bottom

Yes, they are something to definitely be concerned about...It shows that you have Hemorrhoids and your partner, being large, has pulled them out of your anus...Take some warm baths and soak them...Stay away from anal sex as you are asking for real trouble...If a man is too big it is possible, if he pulls out too fast, to do some real damage in pulling out part of your colon....If this continues, see your doctor...I am going to try and have this changed to the Hemorrhoids Forum...Good luck...
