You need to see a spine specialist for evaluation. Either an orthopedic surgeon that specializes in spines or a neurosurgeon that specializes in spines only.

Good luck

Lumps and Pain
Hi there

The lumps you are feeling between your fingers are called Ganglia. A ganglion is a nerve plexus. And a nerve plexus is where the nerve that exits the spine at that level branches into lots of little nerves leading to organs, muscles, tendons, ligaments and so on.
As a rule they are not painfull unless inflamed, which indicates nerve impingement at the painful level. I would recommend seeing a chiropractor versed in Applied Kinesiology to have this corrected.

Good luck

Attempting to diagnose someone without an examination is not a good idea, nor is it safe.

You may or may not be correct in the information that you have provided to the OP.

If you are not correct and the OP decides to listen to your advise instead of seeking out medical attention right away, you potentially put the health of this member at risk.

This member needs to be seen my a doctor and evaluated and needs to do so right away.
