Q: Lump under the glans

I've had an inch-long lump just under the glans of my penis for a while now (at least 2 years, maybe longer. I don't remember ever looking at it and thinking "How did that get there?") but it's never caused me any pain or discomfort so I've avoided seeing a doctor about it. I know I should just see a doctor but I'd rather not if I don't really need to. I just want to know what it is
