Q: Lump under right nipple

i m a boy and 21 years old.....underneath my right chest.i.e below and around my nipple i can feel a hard substance in a disk form....is it something serious??

if it showed up very quickly then it probably isnt something to serious like breast cancer. it would likely to be a breast cyst. what is quite easy to treat. just go to your local GP for a test.
