Ehh, I have a bit of a worry about something.

Basically on the higher side of my left leg, there is a small pea size lump under the skin as well as a round red irritated patch surrounded by broken skin.

Just curious because I don't really know anything about medical stuff, what does that mean, cause it's really freaking me out.

It feels noticable and can be a bit irritating and itchy at times, but mostly I don't notice it.

I'm really scared, can someone please help T,T

Unfortunately, as I cannot examine you, I really cannot tell you whether or not this lesion is something to be worried about. You should, therefore, ask your doctor to hace a look at this area.
